Cricos Mate

How it works

From exploring options to working together

Cricos Mate is built for three audiences: students discovering pathways, migration agents advising clients, and CRICOS institutions managing their presence — with clear public steps to join.

For students

Start with free public tools. Sign up only when you want to save courses or contact a provider.

1. Explore without pressure

Use course search, the providers directory, level assessment, and the points calculator — no partner account required for public tools.

2. Compare with context

Open course cards for campuses, fees, and provider details. Check agent and provider directories when you want human support.

3. Sign in when ready

Create a student account to save courses, follow providers, and send application or enquiry requests.

4. Move forward clearly

Keep shortlists and applications in one place while you confirm official CRICOS and Home Affairs requirements.

For migration agents

Join so clients can find your agency publicly, and so your team can shortlist CRICOS courses and track applications in one workspace.

Request agent access

From Sign up, choose “Request agent access.” Share your agency details and MARN if you have one. This does not create a login yet.

Wait for review

Our team reviews each request. When approved, you receive access to an agent workspace — you are not auto-approved on submit.

Set up your public profile

Add agency details so students can find you in the public Agents directory. Keep regions and contact information up to date.

Work with clients

Manage clients, shortlist courses, favourite providers, and submit applications on their behalf using the same CRICOS tools.

How to request access: open Sign up in the site header, then choose Request agent access. Include your agency name and MARN if available. We will review the request before creating your account.

For education institutions

CRICOS providers can claim or connect their institution presence so students and agents see accurate courses, campuses, and news — and so your team can handle enquiries that arrive through Cricos Mate.

Request institution access

From Sign up, choose “Request institution access.” You will need your CRICOS provider code so we can match you to the right provider record.

Wait for review

Requests are checked before an account is created. Approval links your team to that CRICOS provider on Cricos Mate.

Own your provider presence

Update profile details, courses, and campus information students see on your public provider page.

Engage enquiries

Publish news or events, manage team access, and respond to applications that come through course search and your provider page.

How to request access: open Sign up, then choose Request institution access. You must provide your CRICOS provider code. Requests are reviewed before login details are issued — submitting a form does not create an account automatically.
